1. What is mSpy? How does it work?

mSpy is a background smartphone application that secretly records and logs SMS messages, Call history, calendar tasks and memos; bugs meeting rooms or whatever surroundings; tracks GPS locations of the phone in real time and displays all routes on a convenient map. The software installs directly into the phone you wish to spy on. However, physical access to the device is only needed for initial download. All settings may be adjusted remotely anytime online right from your web Control Panel. After the installation process is completed, as soon as in 20 minutes, all data, even those deleted, are uploaded to your private Control Panel account which is available from any PC or phone browser.

Immediately after making a purchase, you will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions for installation and setting up.

NB: The target phone (the smartphone you wish to spy on) must have access to the Internet, and be compatible with mSpy. Check if your mobile device is supported. Please note, mSpy works on a range of platforms including BlackBerry and iPhone!

3. What's an easy way to get started with the mSpy surveillance program?

Upon making a purchase, you will receive an e-mail containing a pre-generated password to your personal Control Panel. You can change the password anytime in the Panel settings.

Step 1 Log into your Control Panel and do all installation steps from the wizard.

Upon log-in, you will see the Wizzard prompting you to choose the operating system the target phone (the smartphone you wish to spy on) runs and install the app. mSpy installs in minutes, so you won't be bothering with the device for long. Note, you should re-boot the phone after installing mSpy.

Step 2 The wizard will show you the combination code that you should dial on the phone you wish to spy on.

Having installed mSpy on the the target phone (the smartphone you wish to spy on) and rebooted it, dial the unique combination code from the wizard and re-boot the phone again.

Step 3 View logs online.

With all settings configured, wait just a couple of minutes for the first logs to show up. Now all activities on the phone are logged and available 24/7 in your secure mSpy account.

4. What phones does mSpy work on?

You need to install mSpy on the phone to be monitored only.

All phones and mobile devices running the Symbian, iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows Mobile and BlackBerry operating systems are fully compatible with mSpy. Such as Apple, BlackBerry, Nokia, HTC, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, Samsung, Huawei, ZTE, Google, LG, MEIZU, Acer, Philips.

8. How do I receive the software?

mSpy is only delivered electronically online. No shipping charges incurred!

After your purchase is successfully completed, you will receive a welcome e-mail with a link to type into (which you should type into) the target device's web browser in order to download mSpy directly onto the device. Optionally, the app can be downloaded onto your PC from the private Control Panel and later transmitted to the phone via Bluetooth or USB cable. You can install the software anytime. If the e-mail hasn't arrived immediately after the purchase is completed, first, check your junk or spam folder as, occasionally, an e-mail that is not spam can be classified as such and sent to your spam folder. Please also note that some payments may not be completed immediately and it can take up to 4 hours to process them.

9. How do I install?

mSpy must be installed directly onto the phone that you intend to monitor. The steps for installation vary depending on the operating system your smartphone is running. To access the installation guidelines for the phone you wish to spy on, simply login to your mSpy Control Panel here and go to the Help menu section to select our online User Manual for the specific operating system of the target phone (the smartphone you wish to spy on).

10. Will mSpy work with my target's service provider network?
mSpy works in ANY country and Every corner of the world. All you need to ensure is if your target phone (the smartphone you wish to spy on):

11. Why does the target phone (the smartphone you wish to spy on) need Internet?

The monitored device requires the Internet access to get mSpy working, that is to send the captured data (the SMS logs, Call History, E-mail or Location information) from the target phone (the smartphone you wish to spy on) to your Control Panel for review.

You will also need the Internet connection on the target phone (the smartphone you wish to spy on) to initially download the app if you don't fancy installing via Bluetooth.

12. Is the GPRS/Internet connection visible on the phone bill?

No.

The phone bill may reflect only an amount of GPRS data transferred or Time consumed; no indication of where the connection was made to or what applications used the Internet. That's why it makes mSpy impossible to detect.

13. How can I tell if mSpy is on my phone?

No way.

Unlike our competitors, mSpy does not use any SMS commands appearing in the target phone (the smartphone you wish to spy on)'s Message folder for getting the app working. The weight of the activity data, uploaded to the server, goes up to 100kb, thus being absolutely unnoticed by the spyees on their phone bills. Regarding another important issue, the mSpy solution shows a proven record of minor battery power consumption so that the target phone (the smartphone you wish to spy on) works its normal hours. It means, there is no way to detect the mSpy app as it is fully programmed and managed online without noticeable interaction between the server and the phone, or the like.

14. Does mSpy support my phone service provider?

mSpy runs on all supported phones regardless of network, service provider, or location. You have full access to mSpy data whether the phone is across town or across the world. The only requirements are that the phone includes a supported operating system and has Internet access, which implies a vast majority of smartphones and mobile devices on the market today!

Please note that carrier imposed restrictions may apply. Mobile devices running the Android operating system on AT&T's network are prevented from installing third-party applications such as mSpy. Verizon has placed GPS restrictions on its customers, which may hinder mSpy's location tracking features. If you are uncertain, please check with your network service provider for more information.

15. Can I program mSpy to record surroundings in prefixed intervals?

Yes.

With mSpy you can remotely bug meeting rooms or whatever surroundings and record all conversations or any other sounds the phone hears. Simply log into your web Control Panel, go to the Commands menu section and set the time to record all room conversations or any sounds taking place around the phone during the pre-set time period. Your recordings will be available at the View recordings page from your Control Panel.

16. How do I see the SMS, Call Logs, E-mail and Location tracking information?

All subscriptions include a feature-rich and very user-friendly Control Panel, accessible at http://www.mspyonline.com/. After the purchase is completed, you will receive a welcome e-mail containing the login details to your pre-created personal account where you will survey complete statistics of the activity on the target phone (the smartphone you wish to spy on). The first logs of captured text messages, call details, e-mails, GPS locations and much more will be available as soon as in 20 minutes after initial phone number set-up. On the left-hand sidebar, you will observe the statistics menu. With mSpy Control Panel you will be able to easily track real-time usage of the target phone (the smartphone you wish to spy on) with a click of a button.
